Project | Green Hall 3 |
Location | Vilnius, Lithuania |
Size | 3.600 m2 |
Programme | Grade A Office Development |

Brief | The idea was to create one large view towards the city as well as towards the largest common outdoor space. This was achieved by having a larger facade that optimises the geometry within the site. |

A unified family of buildings
The idea is to step back on the site so as not to interfere with Green Hall and its position in the city. A large space in front of the two buildings is created, as GH2 and GH3 are framing Green Hall.
Pedestrian flow through site
A large and open public space offers great views and exposure towards the river and city, allowing for a natural pedestrian flow throughout the site.
