Ulrik Raysse

Ulrik Raysse is Managing Director and founding partner of ARROW. Ulrik has been active on the global scene for more than two decades leading large international multidisciplinary teams to success.

Ulrik is an experienced International Speaker and juror of International competitions. He is appointed external examiner at the Royal Academy of Fine Art.

In his sparetime, Ulrik enjoys working with his hands, building, repairing and cultivating the ground in the family cottage outside of Copenhagen. Telling his kids; there is no elevator to success, you have to take the stairs.
