Dublin Landings, an architectural endeavor of great significance in the heart of the Dublin Docklands, has embarked on a transformative journey, highlighting the infusion of Scandinavian values and a shift towards a community-centered approach. Designed by the Danish architecture studio ARROW Architects in collaboration with RKD Architects, this groundbreaking project, designed for Ballymore, has redefined the Irish market with its visionary design and deep understanding of local dynamics.

Our impressions and key takeaways from MIPIM 2023

Last week, our Head of Business Development, Bertrand Labalette, and Technical Director, Ricardo M. Paternina Soberón, attended MIPIMWorld 2023 in Cannes. Bertrand Labalette made some insightful observations during the event.

The first phase of SKANSKA’s new Budapest development designed by ARROW Architects, H2Offices has been delivered.

The impressive building spans over eight floors, offering over 27,000 square meters of leasable space, complete with three underground parking levels.

Green Hall 3 has been rated BREEAM in use excellent

With Green Hall 3 also certified BREEAM in use excellent, all three buildings of the Green Hall business Valley in Vilnius have gained this certification. ARROW has designed two of the buildings, Green Hall 2 and Green Hall 3. The last building has been delivered in 2019 and finalizes a campus that stands out in the central business district of Vilnius.
