Green Hall 3 has been rated BREEAM in use excellent

A month ago, the first two buildings of the Green Hall business value were already certified with the same certificate. At ARROW, we are pleased that with our environmentally conscious approach we can make a real impact on improving cities and the well-being of the people who use them.

Green Hall 3, the last building delivered of the Green Hall business valley, scored particularly high in the transport and energy efficiency categories.

We designed the building, relying on multiple design elements and construction methods to help reduce its impact on the planet and to increase the well-being of the users. 

The building is equipped with renewable geothermal energy sources, which are providing 98% of the total heating and cooling requirements. Unusually for the market, Green Hall 3 scores also high in water efficiency, due to the fact that the building uses smarter devices to control and reduce water consumption. 

The parking lot has bicycle parking, changing facilities are provided to encourage green transport methods and rapid charging stations for electric car users are available.  

Green Hall 3, also scored high in the health and well-being category. Thanks to our design with a glass facade which ensures that every workplace is illuminated with high-quality natural light.
