The first phase of SKANSKA’s new Budapest development designed by ARROW Architects, H2Offices has been delivered.

The impressive building spans over eight floors, offering over 27,000 square meters of leasable space, complete with three underground parking levels.

Five tenants have already chosen H2Offices, highlighting the increasing demand for energy-efficient, high-end offices. Notably, H2Offices is Skanska's most significant development in Hungary in terms of sustainability. The building boasts a range of eco-friendly features, including the use of recycled materials, energy-efficient design, smart water management, and exceptional air quality.

The welfare of H2Offices' occupants has been a top priority, with natural light, green spaces, healthy dining options, and a rooftop running track. The building also supports environmentally friendly transport options, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable working environment.

In designing H2Offices, Skanska aimed to achieve multiple certifications, including LEED, WELL, and WELL Health & Safety, underlining its commitment to sustainability, well-being, and safety.
