H2Offices, a complex consisting of three buildings, is located in the popular business hub, Váci Corridor in Budapest. The complex offers people to work here in an urban garden where the wooden canopy gives you shade and cover in between the interconnected public and semi-public ground floor functions.

A unique building

Connection to nature and environmental awareness are the core values of the complex, and this is translated in the presence of multipurpose gardens with water features open to the users of the building and the public.

Thanks to the playful façade, transparency of the structures, and the spacious double-height Scandinavian lobby, the building gains its unique character. Within and around the building various recreational spaces can be found, such as urban terraces, walkways to get peace in the mind during a hard day of work, and a rooftop running track to support the health and well-being of people working there. 

Designed with people in mind

The H2Offices building is WELL platinum and LEED platinum certified which means that this is a building designed with the people who will use it in mind.

The building is designed in line with our environmentally responsible approach. Therefore we have on purpose reduced the number of lifts and prioritized stairs as a means of movement in the plans. In the parking lot are bicycle storages, lockers, and showers for those arriving by bike, and there will be electric car chargers to stimulate green ways of commuting. 
 

A central green space

In case of heavy rainfall, the buildings will lead to excessive water from the roofs down onto the canopy. The canopy will lead the water down to the landscape below and make it flood temporarily – both illustrating the water as a design feature for its users and helping delay water into the public system.
