While ARROW's roots are set in Scandinavia, the outlook remains global, aiming to share Scandinavian values like timeless simplicity and functionality with the rest of the world. 

Our approach

We at ARROW start every project by getting a full understanding of the potential for creating, adding, transforming, and integrating public space in the project. We develop a clear urban intention that defines how our designs can create added value for the city.

Based on this understanding our building designs will have a clear story and intention that always frames the bigger picture and how a given site can create a stronger connection between the design itself and its direct environment.

Vision

Raised in the culture of the Scandinavian welfare state we aim to share this cultural and design approach to the world. Our long-term vision is to produce groundbreaking and forward-thinking projects, challenging the conventional in favor of new and creative solutions, which concurrently celebrate a site's heritage and past.

We care about big issues and tiny details, from sustainability credentials to material footprints. Our architects are equipped with the most current industry - standard software's and elaborative mindsets to bring a proposal to reality.

Our Story

Ulrik Raysse founded ARROW in 2012, driven by his curiosity as an explorer to learn from others.

The company engages in 100% export projects and collaborations, bringing back newly acquired experiences and knowledge to create even more intelligent projects. Ulrik is an expert in international design collaborations and has been recognized as a "40 under 40" by the European Center of Architecture. The team is diverse, comprising over 15 nationalities, working on building tomorrow together.
