DL3 Interior

In designing the interior of Dublin Landings 3, our aim was to create a polished aesthetic that complements the exterior of the building. The interior design reflects the historical heritage of the area while also incorporating contemporary architectural elements. Visitors to the building will experience a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it not only an enjoyable place to work but also an inspiring space that contributes to the community.

From public to semi public

We firmly believe that it is the small details that make a big impact.

This philosophy is evident in the design, starting with the exterior, which features a generous entrance space that provides shelter for visitors and pedestrians from the rain and occasional sun.

Warm tonality

We worked to carry the design aesthetic from the exterior to the interior. To achieve this, we selected warm tonal elements and created distinct spaces for various functions.

The goal of the design is to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, and to establish a connection between the interior and exterior, as well as with the historical context of the Docklands.

Careful transition of materials

We drew inspiration from the surroundings, the city of Dublin, and the history of the old docklands. The docklands are associated with sturdy and robust materials such as wood, bricks, and darkly painted iron.

We believe that the overall feeling of a building is conveyed through its details, thus, the materials and compositions used in our interiors convey a specific message.
