When it comes to developing a masterplan, it's important to have a clear roadmap in place. A3 Model is a tool that helps you do just that.

Based on the A3 model (Actors, Assets, Activities), we have developed a series of workshops that allow us to create a value planning that drives the development of the masterplan. Actors refer to the people and organizations involved in the development of the masterplan.

These can include the local community, stakeholders, government agencies, and the project team. Understanding the key resources of your Assets

Assets refer to the resources that are already present and can easily be mobilized to support the development of the masterplan.

These can include land, infrastructure, buildings, and natural resources. Understanding the assets of the project allows us to determine which resources are available and how they can be used to create value. Activities refer to the steps that need to be taken to promote the development of the place in the right direction.

Understanding the activities required to achieve the desired outcome helps us to prioritize and allocate resources effectively. They emanate from the larger scale and are broken down to the smallest pieces, to confirm that the activities are there to support the desired outcome inside the masterplan.
