To leverage the waterside location and the project's proximity to the city center, we created a seaside ambiance with a series of pavilions at the base of the buildings. Above these organic forms rise the distinct building volumes.
This unique environment establishes a clear identity and a destination to experience. The pavilions' canopies create a distinctive pedestrian experience and, along with the landscaping, form a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The horizontal pavilion canopies and organic shapes contrast with the serene vertical expressions of the volumes above. A straightforward facade rhythm of vertical profiles, divided into single, double, and triple height segments, creates distinct expressions for each building while maintaining overall cohesion.
