S7 is located in the center of an ARROW master plan that was commissioned by our client for a large site in Vilnius. The overall development was initiated with a view to serve the growing demand by international companies for Grade A office space in Vilnius.

The challenge

S7 is a class A+ office building that is designed from the conceptual design based on three main values: maximizing employee well-being, minimizing environmental impact, and serving the local communities. The six-story building is designed and built in a way that it naturally blends into the city landscape.

A grand architectural entrance invites you to enter open social spaces that combine urban nature with plenty of natural daylight that enters every area of the building to create a pleasant and healthy work environment. 

We wanted to create a strong and powerful entry to the building, we felt we needed to create a special gesture in this space

Sustainability approach

The employee is more important than the workspace. This was the motto we kept in mind while designing the S7. The building is designed to provide maximum health and well-being to the people who work in it - this was done by ensuring that all workplaces in the building received as much daylight as possible.

Furthermore, many efforts have been made to reduce the environmental impact on the building and its tenants. During the construction carbon emission was reduced, also is the building using renewable energy, and reduced water consumption.
