The challenge

S7 is a class A+ office building that is designed from the conceptual design based on three main values: maximizing employee well-being, minimizing environmental impact, and serving the local communities.

The six-story building is designed and built in a way that it naturally blends into the city landscape.  A grand architectural entrance invites you to enter open social spaces that combine urban nature with plenty of natural daylight that enters every area of the building to create a pleasant and healthy work environment. 

We wanted to create a strong and powerful entry to the building, we felt we needed to create a special gesture in this space

Attracting talent

At S7, we adhered to the motto that the employee is more important than the workspace.

Our design prioritizes the health and well-being of the people who work in the building, ensuring that all workplaces receive ample daylight.  This focus on maximizing natural light contributes to a healthier and more productive environment for employees.

For tenants like Danske Bank, the building serves as a primary selling point in talent acquisition efforts, prominently featured in promotional videos and marketing materials.
