As the site is next to the historic Norblin Factory; with an industrial character and smaller scale - we have taken an approach to creating a harmonious experience between those two sites. We have a smaller scale, relative to the scale of the towers, that has an industrial character and that celebrates metal as an homage to the heritage of the Norblin Factory work with metal. Above we have a simple timeless elegant glass façade, which will be part of the glass family and metal high rise that for the new city skyline. 

The answer to these questions is the Norblin Plaza. The two towers and Art Norblin, frame the space on three sides and open it up to the south and Prosta Street. Creating good light conditions and opening up the whole site to have a frontage unto this street. The plaza naturally becomes a gathering and flow space between the buildings. 

The large concrete surfaces are separated by a metal band running East-West, reminiscent of the rail tracks from the historic Norblin Factory to honor the historical value of the site.
