Urban pioneers

Within the Ebbepark masterplan, there is space for 750 apartments, a sports hall, a school, a creche, light industry, workshops, and more than 25.000sqm of office space the area is of mixed-use and will be beneficial to the creation of a whole new community.

In line with our environmentally responsible approach, resource efficiency is our guiding star. Ebbepark will be a dynamic growth environment for business ideas, innovation, and entrepreneurship combined with everything else that is contributing to generating a livable living environment. 
 
 

A3 model

Based on the A3 model (Actors, Assets, Activities) we developed a series of workshops to create a value planning that would carry the development of the Masterplan. The model allows us to better understand existing resources (Actors), which resources are already present and can easily be mobilized (Assets), and which activities can promote the development of the place in the right direction (Activities).

Sustainable transformation of a Business Park

The aim of Ebbepark is to have 20% less energy usage than the current Swedish legislation. To achieve this ambitious goal, ground source heat pumps and storage facilities produce the heating and cooling needs of the buildings and enable energy sharing with the other buildings being part of the master plan.

Without losing its heritage but bringing the business park model into the future; Ebbepark is an ideal place for both small and large companies that are at the forefront and that want to develop and thrive together with others. The area is characterized by a brave innovation culture and design solutions where there are good conditions for sharing both ideas and resources with each other.
