ARROW's design; S7 in Vilnius was awarded as 8th best office building in the world.
S7 is located in the center of an ARROW masterplan that was commissioned by our client for a large site in Vilnius. The overall development was initiated with a view to serve the growing demand by international companies for Grade A office space in Vilnius. Following the successful development of the 75.000m2 site masterplan, the client asked us to design the largest single let building on the site.
We had a
clear
vision;
to
create
a
strong
and
powerful
entry
to
the
building.
When
realizing
that
the
core
design,
is
the
actual
defining
element,
we
felt
we
needed
to
create
a
special
gesture
in
this
space
-Ulrik Raysse, Founder & CEO ARROW -
ARROW designed the space to fit working dimensions of premium office spaces in Europe and North America to allow tenants to make a seamless transfer of working practices and operations between international facilities and new offices in Vilnius.
S7 is a class A+ office building which is designed from the conceptual design based on three main values: maximizing the employee well-being, minimizing the environmental impact and serving the local communities. The six-story building is designed and build in a way that it naturally blends into the city landscape.
A grand architectural entrance invites you to enter open social spaces that combine urban nature with plenty of natural day light that enters every area of the building to create a pleasant and healthy work environment.
We are proud, S7-1 is besides an astonishing example of a great design collaboration, also the largest transaction between Two Real estate Developers in the Baltics, Mitnija & Eastnine
-Bertrand Labalette, Head of Business Development & Project Director ARROW -
The employee is more important than the workspace. This was the motto we kept in mind while designing S7. The building is designed to provide maximum health and wellbeing to the people who work in it - this was done by ensuring that all workplaces in the building received as much daylight as possible.
Furthermore, many efforts have been made to reduce the environmental impact of the building and its tenants. During the construction carbon emission was reduced, also is the building using renewable energy and reducing the energy and water consumptions.
